The service takes too long and there is no estimate on how long it will take. The service is not bad but there should be a time estimate given on how long one can expect it to take. Also when I ask about past service done on my car, the advisor said that is a new system and old records have purged. Later, I said that is odd because typically data is not purged with a new system rollout. Then the advisor said that she does have access to the old system and she is looking it up.
The agents are very supportive and suggested the right approach for the repairs. Also, customer first approach.

Sean was the worst service advisor I’ve dealt with. I specifically requested that my car not be washed and even left a sign inside the vehicle stating this.
When I picked up my car, Sean told me it wasn’t washed and claimed the car was only wet because they “washed underneath it.” That was completely false. My dash cam clearly shows the vehicle being taken through the car wash, which resulted in damage to my paint.
