Car took 2 days to do it but no communication until I reached out. Car wash is complementary but the dust on it is not gone and also there are many small grease marks on the car. The vedio I got for the issues wasn’t clear it’s very vague and no proper explaination provided. I see the bill that is charged for 219$ which is free as this is my second free servicing. I normally go to the Lexus in Bridgewater for my car oil changes. I decided to go to Lexus Princeton since it is closer to home. I had a 2pm appointment and thought it would take 1.50 to 2 hours. Instead I was there for three hours! The oil change and car wash took forever. Then try to sell me wipers when I changed them three months ago. I will not be coming back to the Lexus Princeton.
Jean is courteous and nice to have as a service provider . She helps us in deciding what needs to be done and what we can do later.

However, when I reported that the GPS needed a hearing aide, neither Chuck the manager or corporate would do anything. They suggested I use Ways on my cell phone. Earlier this year it started, I noticed that if I asked the GPS for Golden Dawn diner in Levittown, Pa, it selected Golden Coral and the location sometimes was Massachusetts This happened on several different places. The service takes too long and there is no estimate on how long it will take. The service is not bad but there should be a time estimate given on how long one can expect it to take. Also when I ask about past service done on my car, the advisor said that is a new system and old records have purged. Later, I said that is odd because typically data is not purged with a new system rollout. Then the advisor said that she does have access to the old system and she is looking it up.
The agents are very supportive and suggested the right approach for the repairs. Also, customer first approach.

Sean was the worst service advisor I’ve dealt with. I specifically requested that my car not be washed and even left a sign inside the vehicle stating this.
When I picked up my car, Sean told me it wasn’t washed and claimed the car was only wet because they “washed underneath it.” That was completely false. My dash cam clearly shows the vehicle being taken through the car wash, which resulted in damage to my paint.
